摘 要:针对功能梯度混凝土在地下工程中的应用问题,研究了多因素(水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、硅粉掺量、聚丙烯酸酯乳液)作用对聚合物水泥基混凝土抗压强度的影响,确定了各因素对聚合物水泥基混凝土抗压强度变化的影响程度,并加以定量化表征,提出了多因素共同作用影响聚合物水泥基混凝土抗压强度变化的偏最小二乘二次多项式回归分析模型。结果表明:在试验拟定的影响因素中,聚合物水泥基混凝土抗压强度存在最大值,各因素对聚合物水泥基功能梯度混凝土抗压强度的影响程度以水胶比最大,其次是聚丙烯酸酯乳液、粉煤灰掺量,硅粉掺量最小。最佳因素水平组合为水胶比0. 22、粉煤灰掺量25%、硅粉掺量5%、聚丙烯酸酯乳液6%。In order to study the application of functionally gradient concrete in underground engineering,the influence of multiple factors( such as water binder ratio,fly ash,silica powder and polyacrylate emulsion) on the compressive strength of polymer cement-based concrete( PCC) is studied,and the influence degrees of various factors on the compressive strength of PCC are determined,and the quantitative characterization is made. A partial least squares quadratic polynomial regression analysis model is proposed. The results show that the compressive strength of PCC has the maximum value in the experimental factors. The influence of each factor on the compressive strength of PCC is the maximum in water binder ratio,followed by polyacrylate emulsion,fly ash,and the minimum is silica powder. The optimal factors level combinations is water binder ratio of 0. 22,fly ash of 25%,silica powder of 5%,and polyacrylate emulsion of 6%.
