时机性产品生产企业现场管理浅析

摘　　要：时机性产品是一种特殊的产品类型,其生产和销售与特殊节日紧密相关,因而对顾客需求的响应性和企业生产速度有更高的要求。文中以某食品公司月饼生产车间作为研究场所,发现生产现场存在的问题,找出可以改善的方向,并通过计算最小工作地数、优化设施布置等进行优化,使得现场管理改善,生产线效能提高。Opportunistic products belong to special product type.It has higher requirements for responsiveness to customer needs and production speed of enterprises because of the close relation of its production and sales with special festivals.We take the moon cake workshop of a food company as the research site,improve on-site management and the efficiency of production line through the discovery of the problems existing in the production site,finding out the way to improve the problem,and the optimization behavior of calculating the minimum number of working places and optimizing the layout of facilities etc.
