摘　　要：在当前新形势下,为充分发挥科技信息(情报)的“耳目、尖兵、参谋”的作用,助推区域经济发展,笔者对湖南省市(州)科技信息(情报)机构进行调研,分析了基本情况和存在的主要问题,并提出了发展对策。Under the current new situation, in order to give full play to the role of “eyes and ears, smart soldiers, staff”of sci- entific and technological information (intelligence) to promote regional economic development, the author conducts scientific and technological information (intelligence) institutions in Hunan Province (state). Investigate, find out the basic situation and the main problems, and put forward development countermeasures.
