县域科技成果转移转化探索——基于湖南省科技成果转移转化示范县建设研究

摘　　要：2016年湖南省启动实施“科技成果转移转化示范县建设”专项,进一步把科技创新工作深入到县域,实现县域科技经济的转型升级。文章通过对湖南省首批科技成果转移转化示范县建设研究,分析其取得的成效和存在的不足,提出进一步加快科技成果转移转化示范县建设的建议,以此提升县域科技成果转移转化能力。In 2016,Hunan Province launched the project of "Construction of Demonstration County for Transfer and Trans- formation of Scientific and Technological Achievements",further deepening the work of scientific and technological innova- tion to county areas,and realizing the transformation and upgrading of science and technology.Based on the study of the con- struction of the first batch of demonstration counties for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hunan Province,this paper analyzed the achievements and shortcomings,and put forward some suggestions for further accelerating the construction of demonstration counties for the transfer and transformation of scientific and tech- nological achievements,so as to enhance the capacity of the county for the transfer and transformation of scientific and tech- nological achievements.
