摘　　要：[目的]为提高产品机械加工合格率。[方法]通过改进现有夹具、调整切削参数与加工工步及提高机床精度等措施。[结果]经实践证明改进后大幅提高了产品的合格率。According to the technical characteristics of thin wall parts and existing equipment situation,the quality of the product is improved by improving the current fixture,adjusting the cutting parameters and the machining step and improving the accuracy of the machine tool,and the improvement of the product is greatly improved.
