摘  要:分析了电子式互感器采集单元中主要元器件发生故障的原因,并针对采集单元中的电源模块及电磁兼容要求,提出了高可靠性的系统解决方案。由于硬件故障可能导致软件运行的不稳定性和不确定性,从软件设计角度提出一种软件双冗余概念,利用软件模拟数据处理双回路,避免了由单一元器件故障导致的双A/D采样同时出错而造成的保护误动。该方案大大提高了电子式互感器的运行寿命和现场稳定性,推动了电子式互感器的工程应用,也为应用于类似环境下的嵌入式系统设计提供了方案支撑。The causes of failure of main components in the electronic transformer acquisition unit are analyzed,and a high-reliability system solution is proposed for the power module and electromagnetic compatibility requirements in the acquisition unit.Due to the hardware failure may lead to the stability uncertainty of software operation,a software dual redundancy concept is proposed from the software design.Software is utilized to simulate data processing dual loops,the protection mis-operation caused by simultaneous error in double A/D sampling from single component failure can be avoided.This scheme greatly improves the operation life and field stability of electronic transformer,promotes the engineering application of electronic transformer,and provides scheme support for embedded system design in similar environment.
