摘  要:采用甲醛甲酸法合成N,N,N-三甲基壳聚糖(TMC),然后与三氯均三嗪进行反应,合成带有纤维反应性基团的水溶性O-一氯均三嗪-N,N,N-三甲基壳聚糖(MCT-TMC).将产物对棉织物进行抗菌整理,分析整理剂的质量浓度和相对分子质量对其抗菌性能的影响,测试整理后织物的白度和强力.结果表明:将TMC和MCT-TMC用于棉织物抗菌整理的最佳整理用量(质量分数)为4%;经TMC整理的织物对E.coli和S.aureus的抑菌率最高分别为95.8%和96.0%;经MCT-TMC整理的织物对E.coli和S.aureus的抑菌率最高分别为96.3%和96.6%,整理后织物强力有所提升,但白度略有下降;MCT-TMC整理棉织物的耐洗涤性能较TMC整理有显著提高,洗涤后抑菌率仍达到90%以上.N,N,N-trimethyl chitosan(TMC) was synthesized by formaldehyde-formic acid method. Then it was reacted with cyanuric chloride to prepare fiber reactive and water soluble O-monochlorotrazinyl-N,N,N-trimethyl chitosan(MCT-TMC). Cotton fabric was finished by the products. The effects of concentration and relative molecular mass on its antibacterial property were discussed, and the whiteness and strength of the finished fabric were tested. The results showed that the optimum finishing consumption of TMC and MCT-TMC was(consumption) 4%. The Inhibition rates of fabric treated by TMC against E. coli and S. aureus were 95.8% and 96.0% respectively, and 96.3% and 96.6% respectively when treated by MCT-TMC. The strength of the finished fabric was improved, while the whiteness decreased slightly. Moreover, the washing resistance of cotton fabric finished by MCT-TMC was significantly higher than that finished by TMC, with the inhibition rate above 90% after washing.
