摘 要:针对云南某难选氧化铅锌矿石性质复杂,铅氧化率高,锌回收价值低等特点,进行了铅矿物硫化-黄药法浮选、脂肪酸直接浮选工艺对比。结果表明:相较硫化-黄药法浮选铅精矿铅品位55. 62%、铅回收率75. 45%,脂肪酸直接浮选工艺整体选矿指标更佳,铅精矿铅品位50. 38%、铅回收率78. 08%;且脂肪酸直接浮选工艺具有添加药剂种类少、用量小、选矿成本低等优势,选矿药剂成本比硫化-黄药法浮选低36. 64元/t。脂肪酸直接浮选工艺更适宜于处理该难选氧化铅锌矿石。A refractory lead-zinc oxide ore from Yunnan has complicated properties characterized high lead oxidization rate and low zinc recovery value. Therefore,the vulcanization-xanthate flotation and direct flotation by using fatty acid were compared. The results show that compared to the vulcanization-xanthate flotation which obtains the lead concentrate with lead grade 55. 62 % and lead recovery rate 75. 45 %,the direct flotation by using fatty acid has better overall beneficiation index that the lead concentrate obtained has lead grade 50. 38 % and lead recovery rate 78. 08 %;besides,the direct flotation by using fatty acid need less additive kinds,smaller dosage and low cost,its reagent cost is 36. 64 yuan/t lower than that of the vulcanization-xanthate flotation. So the direct flotation by using fatty acid is better for the treatment of the refractory lead-zinc oxide ore.
