摘  要:该文使用TI公司开发的超低功耗MSP430F5529单片机控制单极性恒流源及H桥和四选一模拟多路开关ADG709选通指夹探头中的LED并控制其亮度。同时,指夹探头中的感光二极管输出的模拟信号与开、短路判断信号接入低功耗、8/16通道、高度集成的多路复用模数转换器AD7173,通过AD7173对多路信号分时采集进行检测。基于开短路测试的原理,MSP430通过对采集信号的处理,实现了对脉搏血氧仪探头使用过程中由于异常或者线路老化等情况造成的引脚或者导线短路、断路等情况的在线检测。This paper uses the ultra-low power MSP430F5529 MCU developed by TI company to control the unipolar constant current source,H bridge and four-choice analog multiplexer ADG709 to turn on the LED in the finger-clip probe and control its brightness. At the same time,the analog signal output by the photodiode in the finger clip probe and the judgment signal of open and short circuit are connected to the low power consumption,8/16 channel,highly integrated multiplexing analog-to-digital converter AD7173. Based on the principle of open-short circuit test,Through the processing of the collected signal by MSP430,this paper realized on-line detection of open-short circuit in the process of using pulse oximeter probe due to line aging or other.
