摘　　要：目的:了解新疆生产建设兵团第八师团场医疗机构消毒状况,为改进和提高医疗机构消毒质量提供科学依据。方法:采用现场采样和检测方法,对第八师团场医疗机构消毒质量进行监测与评价。结果:2015、2016年共检测样品985份,合格数为927份,合格率为94.11%;2016年消毒合格率(92.63%)低于2015年(95.83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.542,P<0.05);不同消毒检测项目中,物体表面消毒合格率最高,为97.66%;治疗用水的消毒合格率最低,为66.67%;不同类别医疗机构中,诊所的消毒合格率最低,为93.68%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.319,P>0.05)。结论:第八师团场医疗机构消毒状况总体较好,但消毒质量仍存在问题,对重点区域和项目要加强监管。Objective:To explore the disinfection status of the medical institutions of the 8th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,and provide a scientific basis to improve the disinfection quality of medical institutions.Methods:The on-site sampling and detection methods were used to monitor and evaluate the disinfection quality of the medical institutions of the Eighth Division.Results:A total of 985 samples were tested,and the number of passes was 927,the pass rate was 94.11%.The disinfection rate(92.63%)in 2016 was lower than that in 2015(95.83%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.542,P<0.05).Among the different testing items,the disinfection rate of object surface was the highest,which is 97.66%.The disinfection rate of treatment water was the lowest,which was 66.67%.Among the different types of medical institutions,the disinfection rate of clinics was the lowest,which was 93.68%,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.319,P>0.05).Conclusion:The disinfection status of the medical institutions in the 8th Division is generally good,but there are still some problems.Supervision should be strengthened for key areas and projects.
