摘  要:通过比较巨圆桉Eucalyptus grandis×E.tereticornis DH201-2(高感)与窿缘桉E.exserta EA(低感)在桉树枝瘿姬小蜂Leptocybe invasa卵期(S1),幼虫期(S2),蛹期(S3)3个发育阶段及对照(S0)的光合生理响应,探讨植物对虫瘿的光合响应机制。结果表明:DH201-2的气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度高于EA,但光补偿点(LCP)低于EA,水分利用效率(WUE)、暗呼吸速率(Rd)则在S1~S3阶段低于EA。EA的叶绿素含量(SPAD值)高于DH201-2,但两品系虫瘿叶片SPAD值无差异。姬小蜂不同发育阶段影响桉树的光合响应:Gs在S2阶段达到最大,同阶段LCP反而最小,SPAD值则在S1最低。桉树品系间光合指数也因发育阶段而异:DH201-2的蒸腾速率在S2阶段达到最大,最大净光合速率在S0最低,WUE则相反;EA在S1的WUE和表观量子效率、及各发育阶段的Rd均高于S0阶段。植物的光合生理响应与姬小蜂发育阶段和植物抗性密切相关。To examine the photosynthetic response mechanism of plants to gall formation,we compared the photosynthetic physiology response of E grandis × E.tereticornis DH201-2( high sensitivity) and E. exserta EA( low sensitivity) among larval developmental stages[egg( S1 );first instar larva( S2 );puped ( S3 )]and control( S0 ).The results showed that the stomatal conductance( Gs ) and intercellular CO2 concentration of DH201-2 were higher but the light compensation point( LCP) was significantly lower than those of EA at the same stage,while the water use efficiency ( WUE) and dark respiration rate ( Rd ) at S1 - S3 stages were lower than that of EA.The chlorophyll content( SPAD value) of EA was significantly higher than DH201-2,but no significant difference was detected after gall infestation.The photosynthetic responses of eucalypts was affected by different larval stages: Gs of galled leaves reached the maximum at S2 stage,while LCP at the same stage was the minimum,and SPAD value reached the lowest at S1 stage.The photosynthetic indices between eucalypt varieties also varied among developmental stages: the transpiration rate of DH201-2 reached the maximum at S2 stage,and the maximum net photosynthetic rate was the lowest at S0 stage,while WUE was opposite;WUE and apparent quantum yield of EA at S1 stage was higher than that of S0 ,while Rd at three developmental stages was significantly higher than that of S0.Therefore,photosynthetic physiological responses of plants were greatly affected by both L.invasa developmental stages and resistance of host plants.
