摘　　要：优惠性原产地规则的多样性和复杂性给国际经贸秩序带来了一定的消极影响。为解决优惠性原产地规则存在的问题,有必要从其与WTO相关规定的关系及一国各区域贸易安排下原产地规则之间的关系两方面对其进行协调。应当以优惠性原产地规则的基础理论为研究起点,对国际社会的相关实践进行研究,尤其是泛欧模式与北美模式,并以此对优惠性原产地规则的协调方式提出建议。就我国目前签署的自由贸易协定而言,其中的原产地规则也反映出一些问题亟需解决,尤其是在一带一路倡议的背景之下。The diversity and complexity of preferential rules of origin bring some negative effects to international economic and trade order. In order to solve the problems existing in preferential rules of origin, it is necessary to harmonize them from two aspects: the relationship between these rules and the relevant provisions of WTO;the relationship among these rules under the regional trade arrangements of a country. Based on the theory of preferential rules of origin, this thesis studies the international community's harmonization practices in this respect, especially PAN-EURO model and NAFTA model, and thus make suggestion to the harmonization model. In terms of the free trade agreements signed by China, some problems arise with the rules of origin, especially in the context of the Belt and Road initiative.
