摘 要:通过接枝丙烯酰胺、乙二醇,分别对传统漆雾凝聚剂的A剂、B剂进行改性,并探究甲醛与三聚氰胺的摩尔比、pH值、温度对其絮凝效果的影响,以提高A剂的消黏性、稳定性及B剂的凝聚性。所得药剂的对水性漆废水的处理效果与传统的漆雾凝聚剂相比,处理后的水质浊度下降了2.6%、制备成本下降了12%,A剂的消黏性和稳定性等都得到能明显改善,具有明显的经济与环境效益。the traditional paint mist coagulant’s agent A and agent B were modified by grafting acrylamide and ethylene glycol,respectively.And the effects of molar ratio of formaldehyde to melamine,pH value and temperature on the flocculation effect have been studied in order to improve the anti-stickiness,stability of agent A and the coagulability of agent B.Compared with the traditional paint mist coagulant,the treated water turbidity decreased by 2.6%,while its cost in the treated water showed 12%reduction,respectively.The viscidity and stability of the agent A were improved obviously,which had obvious economic and environmental benefits.
