摘　　要：以云南文山铝业800kt/a氧化铝配套煤气工程的生产运行为例,分析了气化炉运行参数及气化炉工况稳定运行的影响因素。通过工业实践运行结果表明,灰熔聚气化炉能满足长周期生产稳定运行,使得该炉得到了推广应用。Taking the production operation of 800 ton/a alumina supporting gas project in Yunnan Wenshan Aluminum Industry as an example,the influencing factors of gasifier operating parameters and stable operation of gasifier operating conditions were analyzed.The results of industrial practice show that the ash fusion gasifier can meet the long-term production and stable operation,which makes the furnace popularized and applied.
