摘　　要：部分科技期刊的学术论文参考文献著录不规范现象仍然存在,这与著者对参考文献著录认识不足和编辑消极执行《信息与文献参考文献著录规则:GB/T7714—2015》标准有关。改变现状方法:首先,著者要对规范著录参考文献有正确认识;其次,编辑要认真执行《信息与文献参考文献著录规则:GB/T7714—2015》标准;最后,编辑还要注意修正由知网导出的参考文献格式与参考文献著录标准不一致情况,以确保学术论文的参考文献著录准确、规范。The nonstandard phenomenon of academic papers in some scientific journals still exists, which is related to the author’s lack of understanding of the reference literature and the editor’s negative implementation of the “Information and Literature References Recording Rules: GB/T 7714-2015” standard.To ensure that the references of academic papers are accurate and standard,the methods to changing the current situation can be taken: first of all,it is necessary for the author to understand the bibliographic references in the norm;secondly,the editor should conscientiously implement the “Information and Literature References Recording Rules: GB/T 7714-2015” standard;finally,authors have to pay attention to the inconsistency between the document format and the bibliographic criteria derived from CNKI and correct them.
