联合治疗对糖尿病外周血管病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究保守治疗联合介入治疗对糖尿病外周血管病变患者血糖水平、血清胆红素和脂联素水平的影响。方法选取在我院进行治疗的糖尿病外周血管病变患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组患者给予保守治疗,观察组在保守治疗的基础上行介入治疗。对比两组治疗前后血糖水平、血清胆红素及脂联素水平。结果两组治疗前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平、血清胆红素及脂联素水平比较,P均>0.05;治疗后观察组血糖水平较好,血清胆红素及脂联素水平较高,与对照组比较,P均<0.05。结论与单纯保守治疗相比,联合介入治疗可有效改善糖尿病外周血管病变患者血清胆红素及脂联素水平,同时较好的控制血糖,利于溃疡面或病足的恢复。Objective To analyze the effects of conservative treatment and interventional therapy on serum bilirubin and adiponectin levels of patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease who were treated in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group were given conservative treatment and the observation group was treated with interventional therapy on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose levels,serum bilirubin and adiponectin levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 h after meal,glycosylated hemoglobin levels,serum bilirubin and adiponectin levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the blood glucose,serum bilirubin and adiponectin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple conservative treatment,combined interventional therapy can effectively improve the serum bilirubin and adiponectin levels of patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease,and better control blood sugar,which is helpful to the recovery of ulcer surface or diseased foot of patients and worthy of clinical application.
