摘　　要：目的比较两种不同材质金属基托全口义齿的临床应用效果。方法随机选择无牙颌患者60例,其中钴铬合金基托全口义齿修复28例,纯钛基托全口义齿修复32例,比较两组患者义齿性口炎的发生率及义齿的满意度。结果钴铬合金基托组义齿性口炎发生率高于纯钛基托组(P<0.05),舒适度低于纯钛基托组(P<0.05);两组面部形态、语言表达、咀嚼功能及固位稳定性无差异(P>0.05)。结论钴铬合金基托全口义齿和纯钛基托全口义齿比较,前者的义齿性口炎发生率高于后者,舒适度低于后者,但两者的满意度无明显差异。Objective To compare the clinical effects of two different materials of metal base complete dentures.Methods 60 edentulous patients were randomly selected,among which 28 cases were restored with cobalt-chromium base complete denture and 32 cases were restored with pure titanium base complete denture.The incidence of denture stomatitis and denture satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical effect of cobaltchromium base and pure titanium base.Results The incidence of denture stomatitis in cobalt-chromium base group was higher than that in pure titanium base group(P<0.05),and the comfort degree was lower than that in pure titanium base group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in facial contour,language expression,masticatory function and retention stability between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with pure titanium base complete denture,cobalt-chromium base complete denture has higher incidence of denture stomatitis and lower comfort than pure titanium base complete denture,but there is no significant difference in satisfaction degree.
