双金属复合锤头的试制

摘　　要：采用双金属复合锤头是提高锤式破碎机使用寿命的有效途径。文章利用高铬铸铁和低碳钢两种材料,通过固-液复合和液-液复合两种铸造工艺,试制了两种尺寸的破碎机锤头。结果表明,两种锤头均具有良好的使用性能,能满足实际生产使用要求。The use of bimetallic composite hammerhead is an effective way to improve the service life of hammer crusher. In this paper, two sizes of crusher hammers were made by using two kinds of materials, high chromium cast iron and low carbon steel, through solid-liquid composite and liquid-liquid composite casting processes. The results show that the two kinds of hammers have good performance and can meet the requirements of practical production.
