Review and Introspection on the Discipline Construction of Sociology in China

摘　　要：文章回顾了中国社会学形成发展的历程,特别是回顾了改革开放40年来恢复重建的中国社会学所走过的道路,对中国社会学的本土化努力、中国现代化转型研究、中国社会学理论的创新三方面做出了深入分析。首先,文章认为,中国社会学的本土化是基于对中华文明特征的深入思考、基于对中国社会基本特征的深刻认识,只有在这样基础上建设的中国社会学才能够真正为中国经济社会发展做出贡献。中国社会学对中国现代化道路的探索,研究了中国特色的城镇化、产业化道路,研究了国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化,研究了人的现代化。其次,文章分析了市场转型造成的社会后果及社会学者提出的治理对策,强调了政府、市场与社会三大机制的平衡关系。最后,文章还分析了中国社会学在民生和社会治理研究方面的理论创新与实践创新。This paper reviews the formation and development of sociology in China, especially the reestablishment of sociology over the past four decades since the reform and opening-up. It conducts an in-depth analysis on the localized effort of sociology in China, research on China′s transformation towards modernization, and theoretical innovation in sociology in China. The localization of sociology is based on in-depth consideration of the characteristics of the Chinese civilization and on a profound understanding of fundamental characteristics of the Chinese society, because only such a localized sociology can truly contribute to China′s socio-economic development. Regarding the Chinese sociology′s exploration of China′s modernization road, this paper examines urbanization and industrialization path with Chinese characteristics, and studies the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, and that of people. In addition, this paper dissects social consequences caused by market transformation and solutions proposed by sociologists, and emphasizes the equilibrium relationship among the government, market, and society. Finally, this paper analyzes theoretical innovation and practical innovation of the Chinese sociology in the research on people′s well-being and social governance.
