微创胸腔闭式引流术治疗创伤性气胸的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析微创胸腔闭式引流术治疗创伤性气胸的疗效。方法选取2017年1月-2018年6月期间本院收治的80例创伤性气胸患者为例,随机分为两组,分别为对照组(常规胸腔闭式引流)和观察组(微创胸腔闭式引流),每组40例,观察两组患者临床疗效、术后情况及术后疼痛程度。结果组间疗效对比,观察组治疗总有效率92.5%明显高于对照组总有效率77.5%,对比差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者术后情况比较,观察组患者在下床活动时间、伤肺完全复张时间、住院时间方面均比对照组短,差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分对比,对照组40例患者VAS评分平均为(7.31±0.59)分,观察组40例患者VAS评分平均为(3.41±0.45)分,两组对比,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论综上所述,采用微创胸腔闭式引流术在创伤性气胸治疗中具有显著的疗效。与传统胸腔闭式引流术相比,微创胸腔闭式引流术可以有效提高患者治疗效果,改善患者术后情况,降低患者术后疼痛,促进患者良好预后,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the efficacy of minimally invasive thoracic closed drainage in the treatment of traumatic pneumothorax.Methods Eighty patients with traumatic pneumothorax admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomLy divided into two groups:control group (conventional thoracic closed drainage) and observation group (minimally invasive thoracic closed type Drainage),40 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy,postoperative condition and postoperative pain degree of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.5%,P < 0.05).Compared the postoperative situation between the two groups,the patients in the observation group had shorter hospital stays,recovery time of injured lung and hospitalization time.The VAS score of 40 patients in the control group was (7.31±0.59),and 40 patients in the observation group was (3.41 ±0.45).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive closed thoracic drainage has a significant effect in the treatment of traumatic pneumothorax.Compared with traditional closed thoracic drainage,minimally invasive closed thoracic drainage can effectively improve the treatment effect and the postoperative situation,reduce postoperative pain,and promote a good prognosis of patients,which is worth applying in clinic.
