摘　　要：目的探究加味三子养亲汤保留灌肠对哮喘模型大鼠幼鼠IFN-γ及IL-4的影响。方法SPF级SD雄性大鼠幼鼠80只,随机分为对照组、灌肠组,每组40只。建立动物模型,制备加味三子养亲汤,造模后第3日开始给药,正常空白组、哮喘对照组幼鼠每只每天给予生理盐水10.5mL/kg灌肠1次;灌肠组和灌胃组幼鼠每只每天给予中药汤剂10.5mL/kg灌肠或灌胃1次。观察各组大鼠一般情况,对结肠、直肠组织形态和组织病理学进行评价打分,测定血清中IFN-γ及IL-4水平。结果建模后大鼠表现出哮喘表现,用药组大鼠表现稍有缓解,但无差异。两组对照组织形态学和损伤学评分具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。用药组大鼠血清中IFN-γ显著高于对照组,IL-4显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味三子养亲汤保留灌肠能够降低哮喘模型大鼠幼鼠血清中IL-4水平,增加IFN-γ水平,减轻肺组织炎性浸润,建议在哮喘临床治疗中使用。Objective To investigate the effects of Jiawei Sanzi Yangqin Decoction on IFN-γ and IL-4 in young asthma model rats.Methods Eighty young male SD rats were randomLy divided into control group and enema group,with 40 rats in each group.The animal model was established,and the flavored Sanzi Yangqin Decoction was prepared.The drug administration started on the 3rd day after model establishment.The normal blank group and the asthma control group were given 10.5 mL/ kg of normal saline per day.The enema group and the gavage group were given a Chinese herbal decoction 10.5 mL/kg per day. The general condition of each group of rats was observed.The colon and rectum morphology and histopathology were evaluated and scored.The levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in serum were determined.Results After modeling,the rats showed asthmatic manifestations.The rats in the medication group showed slight relief,but it did not reach significant difference.There were significant differences in the histomorphology and injury scores between the two control groups (P < 0.05).The serum IFN-γ level in the rats in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and IL-4 was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Sanzi Yangqin Decoction can reduce the level of IL-4 in the serum of asthmatic rats,increase the level of IFN-γ,and reduce the inflammatory infiltration of lung tissue.It is recommended to be used in the clinical treatment of asthma.
