摘  要:具有葡萄糖识别性质的超分子凝胶体系在医学诊断领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文通过简单的缩合反应成功构筑了基于苯硼酸和聚芳醚单元的树枝状凝胶因子,其结构利用核磁共振谱和质谱进行了表征。研究了该凝胶因子的凝胶化能力,利用UV-Vis、SEM和SAXS研究了其自组装机理和形貌。构筑的凝胶对热、酸碱和D-葡萄糖表现出多重刺激响应行为。本研究为构筑具有多功能性的软材料提供了一定的理论研究基础。Supramolecular gels with glucose recognition properties are widely applied in the fields of medical diagnosis.In this study,a dendritic gelator was successful constructed based on phenylboronic acid and poly(aryl ether)units through ordinary condensation,and the structure of the gelator was characterized by 1H-NMR,13 C-NMR and MALDI-TOF-MS.The gelation ability of the gelator was tested in the usual solvents,and several experiments(SEM,UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and SAXS)were studied to reveal self-assembly mechanism and morphology.The formed gel underwent a gel-sol phase transition upon exposure to temperature,acid/base and D-glucose.This study provided a theoretical basis for the construction of multifunctional soft materials.
