冠心病患者动态心电图ST-T异常与心律失常的关系分析

摘　　要：目的分析冠心病患者动态心电图ST-T异常与心律失常的关系。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的203例冠心病患者,患者入院后均实施动态心电图检查,根据患者是否发生心律失常分为心律失常组与对照组。分析冠心病患者动态心电图ST-T异常与心律失常的关系。结果 203例患者中,心律失常的发生率为50.25%(102/203)。心律失常组年龄>60岁、病程>10年、动态心电图ST-T异常、伴有基础疾病、有冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)史、心肌梗死患者的占比均高于对照组(P<0.05),且经Logistic回归分析证实上述因素均是影响冠心病患者心律失常的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图ST-T异常是冠心病患者心律失常的独立危险因素,应按时对冠心病患者实施动态心电图检查,监测ST-T变化以预防心律失常的发生。Objective To analyze the relationship between ST-T abnormality of dynamic electrocardiogram and arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Two hundred and three patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital were selected from January 2018 to January 2019, and all patients were examined by dynamic electrocardiogram after admission. According to whether arrhythmia occurred, the patients were divided into arrhythmia group and control group. The relationship between ST-T abnormality of dynamic electrocardiogram and arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed. Results The incidence of arrhythmia in 203 patients was 50.25%(102/203). The percentages of age>60 years old, course of disease>10 years, abnormal ST-T of dynamic electrocardiogram,complicated with basic diseases, history of coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) and myocardial infarction in the arrhythmia group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05), and those were independent risk factors for arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05). Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram ST-T abnormality is an independent risk factor for arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease, and dynamic electrocardiogram detection should be performed on time and monitor ST-T changes in patients with coronary heart disease so as to prevent arrhythmia.
