摘　　要：目的探究改良Bianchi术治疗中低位双侧隐睾的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的66例中低位双侧隐睾患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均接受手术治疗,按照数字随机法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组33例。对照组行传统经腹股沟及阴囊四切口睾丸下降术治疗,观察组行改良Bianchi术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良Bianchi术治疗中低位双侧隐睾的临床效果较好,对患儿的创伤较小,符合微创治疗的理念,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Bianchi orchiopexy on middle and low bilateral cryptorchidism. Methods Sixty-six children with middle and low bilateral cryptorchidism treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the children received surgical treatment and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional testicular descent through four incisions of inguinal and scrotum, while the observation group was treated with modified Bianchi orchiopexy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Modified Bianchi orchiopexy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of middle and low bilateral cryptorchidism. It has less trauma to children, and accords with the concept of minimally invasive treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
