摘  要:目的探讨腺苷蛋氨酸辅助治疗对新生儿黄疸患儿血清转铁蛋白(TRF)、心肌酶谱及胆红素的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的102例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(51例,蓝光治疗+丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片)和对照组(51例,蓝光治疗)。比较两组患儿治疗前及治疗2个疗程后的血清各项指标。结果治疗2个疗程后,两组患儿TRF水平均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组的TRF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,两组患儿的血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、总胆红素(TBil)及直接胆红素(DBil)水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组的上述指标水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腺苷蛋氨酸辅助治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果显著,可显著升高患儿血清转铁蛋白水平,降低心肌酶谱及胆红素水平,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effects of adenosine methionine adjuvant therapy on serum transferrin, myocardial enzyme spectrum and bilirubin in children with neonatal jaundice. Methods A total of 102 children with neonatal jaundice admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(51 cases, blue light therapy+ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate enteric coated tablets) and control group(51 cases,blue light therapy) according to the random number table method. The serum indexes of the two groups were compared before treatment and after 2 courses of treatment. Results After 2 courses of treatment, the levels of TRF in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the level of TRF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After 2 courses of treatment, the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), total bile acid(TBA), total bilirubin(TBil) and direct bilirubin(DBil) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Adenosine methionine adjuvant therapy on neonatal jaundice has a remarkable clinical effect, which can significantly increase serum transferrin level and decrease the levels of myocardial enzymogram and bilirubin. It is worthy of clinical application.
