化痰通络解痉汤联合泻阴补阳针法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨化痰通络解痉汤联合泻阴补阳针法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的72例脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采用化痰通络解痉汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用泻阴补阳针法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组偏身麻木、口舌歪斜、半身不遂、舌质黯淡、少言寡语及脉沉细评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组SIAS、MBI评分均升高,CSI评分降低,且观察组SIAS、CSI及MBI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化痰通络解痉汤联合泻阴补阳针法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的治疗效果显著,能改善患者整体功能、痉挛程度及日常生活能力,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huatan Tongluo Jiejing decoction combined with purging Yin and reinforcing Yang acupuncture method in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke. Methods Seventy-two patients with spastic paralysis after stroke admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Huatan Tongluo Jiejing decoction, while the observation group was treated with purging Yin and reinforcing Yang acupuncture method on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.44%, which was higher than 77.78% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of hemianesthesia, tongue deviation, hemiplegia, gloomy tongue, oligophasia and pulse sedimentation in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the scores of SIAS and MBI increased and the CSI scores decreased in both groups, and the scores of SIAS,CSI and MBI in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Huatan Tongluo Jiejing decoction combined with purging Yin and reinforcing Yang acupuncture method in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke has a significant therapeutic effect. It can improve the overall function, spasm degree and daily living ability,and promote the recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
