摘　　要：目前高校学生党员教育管理存在教育管理水平落后,支部党员之间互动不够,理论学习方式过于陈旧,党员借助网络发声较少,党员自主服务意识不够等问题,本文探讨了以自我管理和协同管理为理念,以即时通讯、学习网站和网络媒体为载体,以组织生活制度,困难帮扶制度,志愿服务制度,积分管理制度为抓手,创新党员教育管理新模式。At present, the education management of college student party members is backward in education management, the interaction between party members is not enough, the theoretical learning method is too old, Party members rarely use the Internet to make comments, Some party members lack the awareness to actively serve their classmates, based on self-management and collaborative management. Using instant messaging, learning websites and online media as the carrier, to organize the living system, the dif?cult help system, the volunteer service system, the point management system as the starting point, and to innovate the new mode of party member education management.
