摘 要:从物流外包的概念与内涵入手,分析高端装备制造业物流外包的发展现状、问题与趋势,探索高端装备制造企业物流外包合作伙伴选择的原则与方法,确定合作伙伴选择影响因素,构建选择评价指标体系。使用层次分析法(AHP)构建高端装备制造企业物流外包合作伙伴选择模型,并以常州高端装备制造企业F公司物流外部合作伙伴选择为例进行实证研究,为高端装备制造企业物流外包合作伙伴选择提供理论依据与实践路径。In this paper, starting from the concept and connotation of logistics outsourcing, we analyzed the development status, problems and trends of logistics outsourcing for the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, explored the principles and methods in the selection of logistics outsourcing partners by the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, determined the influencing factors over the selection process, and constructed the selection evaluation index system. Next, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), we built a logistics outsourcing partner selection model for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, and studied the case of the external logistics partner selection of Company F, a high-end equipment manufacturer based in Changzhou, aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical path for the selection of logistics outsourcing partners for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.
