体外冲击波结合深层肌肉刺激治疗足底筋膜炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨体外冲击波结合深层肌肉刺激治疗足底筋膜炎的临床效果。方法选择足底筋膜炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,分别于治疗前后采用行走痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和压痛记分法进行指标评估,观察比较两组疗效并进行统计学处理。结果两组治疗前后VAS评分和压痛评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为96.67%和86.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波结合深层肌肉刺激治疗足底筋膜炎效果显著,优于单纯体外冲击波疗法,且具有简便易行、取效迅捷等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with deep muscle stimulator therapy in the treatment of plantar fasciitis.Methods Sixty patients with plantar fasciitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group received extracorporeal shock wave therapy and deep muscle stimulator therapy,and the control group received extracorporeal shock wave therapy.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and the scales for sign were evaluated before and after treatment in two groups.The clinical effects were researched and analyzed.Results The differences of the VAS score and the scales for sign before and after treatment were significant in the two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with deep muscle stimulator therapy has good effect in the treatment of plantar fasciitis,and it is an easy and effective approach,which is worthy of application in clinical treatment.
