摘　　要：农药悬浮剂产品具有不用溶剂、无粉尘产生、经皮毒性低、悬浮率高、生物活性高、使用剂量小、对人畜毒性和生产成本低等特点,深受用户青睐,国内外发展迅速。论述了悬浮剂开发中影响产品的优越性能和质量的问题,解析了原药特征官能团、原药晶型类型和大小、原药杂质含量和种类、杂质分布及排列等因素对加工悬浮剂产品的影响,并提出了相应对策。Pestcide concentrates have characteristics of no solvent, no dust generation, low percutaneous toxicity, high biological activity, low dosage, low toxicity to humans and animals, and low production cost. They have been devloped rapidly at home and abroad, used widely, and have good results. In this paper, it is discussed that many difficulties will be encountered in development of suspension concentrates. Whether these problems can be solved will affect superior performance and quality of the product. Aiming at these problems, effects of characteristic function group, crystal type and size, impurity content and type, impurity distribution and arrangement on processing suspension concentrates products were analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
