国产化大型合成气压缩机组在中天合创甲醇合成装置中的应用

摘　　要：以中天合创鄂尔多斯煤炭深加工示范项目为依托,自主研发了大型甲醇合成气压缩机组。介绍了该压缩机组在合成气压缩机专用模型级、蜗室结构、主机本体结构、卡环、定子、转子、驱动机等方面的关键技术和创新点。在中天合创2×180万t/a甲醇合成装置的运行表明:国产大型合成气压缩机组各项技术指标达到设计要求,机组性能良好,运行平稳。Relying on the coal deep processing demonstration project of Zhongtian Hechuang Ordos, a large methanol synthesis gas compressor unit had been independently developed. The introduction was made on key technologies and innovations of the compressor unit in the special model level, worm chamber structure, main body structure, long ring, stator, rotor and drive of the syngas compressor. The operation in Zhongtian Hechuang 2×1.8 million t/a methanol synthesis plant showed that the technical indicators met the design requirements, and the unit had a good performance and stable operation.
