摘　　要：为解决焦炉煤气主管线腐蚀导致的安全隐患并配合脱硫脱硝项目建设施工,结合7.63m焦炉生产工艺特点,制定了长时间停产检修条件下“带焦焖炉保温”的技术方案。从生产调整、配合煤调整、炉温控制、烟道气开孔保温、PROven及荒煤气放散方面介绍了“带焦焖炉保温”技术方案的主要内容及实施后的效果。结果表明,复产后焦炉运行平稳;焦炭M40、M10由检修前的89.7%、5.2%优化为90.2%、5.1%;烟囱废气排放各项指标达到排放限值要求。To solve the problem of safety risk due to gas main line corrosion and support the construction of sulfur and nitrogen removal project, combined with the production process features of 7.63 m coke oven, a technical scheme for "soaking coke oven with coke inside" was formulated for the long-term shutdown maintenance. Its main content and implementation effect were introduced from the aspects of production adjustment, blended coal adjustment, furnace temperature control, flue gas opening and heat preservation, PROven and raw gas release. The results showed that the coke oven had smooth operation after the resumption of production, and the coke M40 and M10 were optimized from 89.7% and 5.2% before maintenance to 90.2% and 5.1% respectively, and the exhaust gas emission indicators of chimney met the emission limit requirements.
