摘　　要：目的 探究改良局部伤口护理在蛇咬伤救护中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2~11月我院收治的81例蛇咬伤患者作为对照组,选取2017年2~12月我院收治的108例蛇咬伤患者作为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予改良局部伤口护理,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效与肢体肿胀程度。结果观察组的治愈率为93.52%(101/108),明显高于对照组的77.78%(63/81),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.079,P<0.05)。两组中度肿胀率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.184,P>0.05);观察组轻度肿胀率明显高于对照组,重度肿胀率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=23.309、36.601,均P<0.05)。结论在蛇咬伤救护中应用改良局部伤口护理,能减轻其肢体肿胀程度,提高治愈率,值得采用。Objective To explore the effect of improved local wound care in of snakebite rescue. Methods 81 patients with snake bite in our hospital from February 2015 to November 2015 were selected as control groupwhile 108 patients from February 2017 to December 2017 wereenrollted as observation group.Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given improved local wound care.The clinical effects and degree of limb swelling of two groups were observed and compared. Results The cure rate in the observation group was 93.52%(101/108),which higher than that of control group [77.78%(63/81)],there was significant difference ( P <0.05).There was no significant difference on the moderate swelling rate between two groups ( P >0.05);the mild swelling rate in the observation group was higher than that of control group,the severe swelling rate was lower than that of control group,there were significant differences ( P <0.05 for both). ConclusionApplication of improved local wound care in of snakebite rescue can relieve the swelling degree and improve the cure rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
