壮药救必应颗粒联合热毒宁针剂治疗成人急性上呼吸道感染疗效观察及对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察壮药救必应颗粒联合热毒宁针剂治疗成人急性上呼吸道感染的疗效及对其相关血清炎性因子影响,进一步阐明其作用机制。方法将2017年7月~2018年6月广西中医药大学第一附属医院急诊科就诊的200例患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各100例,两组均以解热镇痛等基础用药对症处理,实验组在此基础上加用壮药救必应颗粒联合热毒宁针剂治疗,比较两组患者的症状改善及相关炎症因子水平变化情况。结果两组患者治疗有效率比较,实验组为92%,对照组为86%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医证候积分比较,实验组较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗基础上加用壮药救必应联合热毒宁针剂能有效减轻成人急性上呼吸道感染临床症状,并且可降低血清IL-1、IL-6及TNF-α等炎症因子水平,能有效抑制上呼吸道感染的炎症反应,提高治疗效果,安全性高,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of zhuangyao Jiubiying granule combined with reduning injection on the treatment of adult acute upper respiratory tract infection and its effect on serum inflammatory factors,and further clarify its mechanism. Methods A total of 200 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 100 patients in each group.The two groups were treated with basic drugs such as antipyretic and analgesic.On the basis,the experimental group was treated with zhuangyao jiubing granules combined with reduoning injection.The improvement of symptoms and the level of related inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 92%,which was higher than 86% of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of western medicine treatment,zhuangyao jiebing combined with Reduning injection can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of adult acute upper respiratory tract infectionwith good safety.At the same time,it can reduce the level of serum Il-1,il-6,TNF-and other inflammatory factors,effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction,and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
