摘 要:目的探讨同伴互动导学示范教育模式在哮喘患儿肺功能检查中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6~12月在我科行肺功能检查的300例学龄前哮喘患儿,随机分为实验组(150例)和对照组(150例)。对照组主要以操作员常规讲解示范,实验组采取操作员常规讲解示范+同伴互动导学教育示范,比较两组的应用效果。结果常规讲解示范+同伴互动导学教育示范的患儿在测试起始标准以及呼气过程中、呼气结束及重复性标准,在含嘴正确放置、用力快速吸饱气、用力快速吹气的掌握,患儿的配合程度及家属满意度等各方面明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿均能正确使用鼻夹,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同伴互动导学示范法可激发患儿对检查的兴趣和对检查的依从性,提高肺功能检测不同阶段的达标率、检测时各项操作细则的正确率、患儿配合程度及家长满意度,并达到了良好的质量控制标准,为临床诊断、病情评估提供重要依据。Objective Toexplore the application effect of the Peer-to-Peer Interaction Guidance Model In pulmonary functions For-children with asthma. Methods The study including 300 preschool asthmatic children who underwent pulmonary function tests thatwas randomizedly divided into experimental group (150 cases) and control group (150cases)in our department from June 2018 to December 2018.The control group was mainly explained by the operator 's routine.While the experimental group took the operator's routine explanation demonstration+peer interactive education demonstration Compare the application effects of two groups. Results In the routine explanation demonstration+peer interactive education demonstration,children participating in the starting standard of the test,the expiry process,the end of exhalation and repeatability criteria,when correctly placing the mouth,fast absorption of gas and rapid relaxation.The degree of cooperation and satisfaction of the children's family was significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05).Both groups of children were able to use the nasal clip correctly,no statistical difference ( P>0.05). Conclusion The Peer-to-Peer Interaction Guidance Model could stimulate children's interest in examsand exam compliance,improve compliance rates at different stages of pulmonary function testing,correct rate of various rules,the degree of cooperation of children and the satisfaction of the parents,obtainedgood quality control standards,providing an important basis for clinical diagnosis and disease assessment.
