摘  要:采用乙醇-水抽提自制杨木/芦苇木素,用高效液相色谱及气相色谱法-质谱法联用分析不同原料抽提液中低分子脂肪酸成分,并与相同条件下杨木/芦苇原材料抽提时获得的脂肪酸成分进行对比,推断出抽提液中低分子脂肪酸的主要来源。实验结果表明,对比自制杨木木素,杨木乙醇-水抽提液中乙酸是碳水化合物水解产生的,杨木、芦苇自制木素在乙醇-水抽提过程中木素结构单元间连接键发生断裂,侧链碳-碳也会发生断裂,抽提液中的甲酸、乙酸由木素断裂的侧链进一步转化生成。The aspen or reed lignin(AHL/RHL) was extracted using ethanol-water solvents, which was used as the raw materials to isolate low molecular fatty acids from the extracted liquors. The compositions of the fatty acids were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography and GC-MS and also compared with those isolated from the extracted liquors of aspen/reed. The results showed that acetic acid in the aspen lignin extraction liquid was produced by hydrolyzation of carbohydrate polymers in comparison with that of AHL. The linkages of the structural units in lignin and side carbon-carbon chains of lignin were broken during the process of ethanol-water extraction. The formic and acetic acids in extraction liquids were generated via the further conversion of the degraded fractures from the side chains.
