摘  要:针对大型制磷电炉渣口大套在修复焊接时,纯铜难熔合易氧化产生裂纹、预热后温度高难操作的特性和难点,完善设计及制造多功能的预热炉对大套进行预热,探索优化预热温度与焊接电流及消除焊缝内应力的方法和措施,从而实现了渣口大套的成功修复,为企业修旧利废及机械厂的产品延伸提供了可借鉴的技术和经验。For the characteristics and difficulties during the renovation welding of the big jacket at the slag discharge of the large phosphorus electric furnace,where the pure copper is hard to fuse and prone to cracking due to oxidation,and after preheating,the temperature is high and it is hard to operate,the design is improved and a multi-purpose pre-heating furnace is made to preheat the big jacket. Methods and measures are explored to optimize the preheating temperature and welding electric current,and eliminate weld internal stress,which has achieved successful renovation of the big jacket at the slag discharge,and offers the technology and experience for renovation in the plant and product extension for the mechanical workshop.
