摘 要:高校教育作为学生步入社会前的最后准备阶段,需要学生在学习过程中为就业做全身心的准备。研究利用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等对高校毕业生的就业方向进行调查分析,从身体姿态对职业进行分类,并对不同姿态的职业类型所需的职业体能和易发职业病进行归纳分析,设计与之相对应的多元体育课程,满足学生在就业前的体能储备所需。As the final preparatory stage for students to enter the society,college and university education needs students to be fully prepared in the process of learning for the employment in the near future.College physical education courses can effectively help students master and possess the physical ability required by employment and use the classroom to teach precautionary measures of the occupational disease.This research analyzes the college graduates’ employment direction using the literature review method,questionnaire method and logical analysis method etc.It classifies the occupations from the body posture and conclude the professional physical ability required for different types of occupations,which differ from body posture and easily-happening occupational disease.Thus,it can design relevant and multicomponent physical education courses in order to fulfill the requirement of physical ability reserve before students’ employment.
