摘 要:制备一种以环氧改性有机硅树脂为基料,数种氧化物、碳化硅和滑石粉为填料的耐高温涂料,将涂料涂刷在钢板表面并干燥形成耐高温涂层,研究了材料中各组分对涂层耐高温性能的影响,优化了配方和工艺。优化配方下制备的耐高温涂料所形成的涂层,对其进行耐高温性能测试,耐热温度可以达到600℃。测试烧结后涂层的耐酸和耐碱性能,测试结果表明600℃高温烧结后的涂层耐酸84h无变化,耐碱60h无变化。红外光谱比较了高温烧结前后的涂层成份,发现高温烧蚀后,涂料中有机成份消失,剩余成份的红外光谱与SiO2红外光谱一致。A high temperature resistant coating based on epoxy modified silicone resin and several oxides,silicon carbide and talc as filler was prepared.The coating was applied to the surface of the steel plate and dried to form a high temperature resistant coating.The material was studied.The effects of the components on the high temperature resistance of the coating optimize the formulation and process.The coating formed by the high temperature resistant coating prepared under the optimized formula is tested for high temperature resistance,and the heat resistant temperature can reach 600℃.The acid and alkali resistance of the coating was tested.The test results showed that the coating after 600℃ high temperature sintering remained the same in acid resistance for 84h,and the alkali resistance was unchanged for 60h.Infrared spectroscopy compared the coating composition before and after high temperature sintering.It was found that after high temperature ablation,the organic components in the coating disappeared,and the infrared spectrum of the remaining components was consistent with the infrared spectrum of SiO2.
