非急救护理人员心理健康状况与应付方式调查

摘　　要：目的:以某省级3家三级甲等医院为例,通过对比分析非急救护理人员与急救护理人员心理健康状况和应付方式,探讨非急救护理人员面临紧急抢救时的心理健康状况及应付方式,为促进非急救护理人员的管理和心理素质的培养提供依据.方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测量研究对象的心理健康状况,应用应付方式量表评估研究对象的应付方式.本研究共调查169名非急救护理人员和80名急救护理人员.结果:单因素分析结果显示,在强迫因子、人际关系敏感因子及幻想因子、退避因子等方面非急救护理人员得分均高于急救护理人员(P<0.05),非急救护理人员SCL-90各项因子均分与退避分、自责分、幻想分、合理划分呈正相关(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论:面临紧急抢救时,非急救护理人员的急救心理健康状况和应付方式较差,可制定相关政策,提高非急救护理人员急救心理健康状况和应付方式.Objective:In order to provide evidence for promoting the management and the training of psychological quality of non-emergency nursing staff,taking 3 third-Grade Class-A provincial hospitals as an example,to explore the mental health status and coping style of non-emergency nurses in emergency treatment through the comparison analysis of mental health status and coping style between non-emergency and emergency nurses.Methods:The SCL-90 was used to measure the mental health status of the subjects,and the coping style scale was used to evaluate the coping style of the subjects.A total of 169 non-emergency nurses and 80 emergency nurses were surveyed in this study.Results:the results of univariate analysis showed that the scores of non-emergency nurses were higher than those of emergency nurses in the aspects of compulsion factor,interpersonal sensitivity factor,fantasy factor and withdrawal factor,etc(P<0.05).The average scores of various factors of non-emergency nurses in SCL-90 were positively correlated with withdrawal score,self-blame score,fantasy score and reasonable division(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the face of emergency rescue,the mental health condition and coping style of non-emergency nurses were poor.So relevant policies can be designed to improve the mental health condition and coping style of non-emergency nurses.
