摘 要:目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽辅助治疗小儿反复上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:将2015年9月-2017年5月期间我院收治的240例小儿反复上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为两组,对照组予以常规西药对症治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以甘露聚糖肽治疗。随访1年,比较两组临床疗效、病情发作情况。结果:随访1年,观察组总有效率为90.8%,高于对照组的76.7%(P <0.05);观察组病情复发、复发持续时间、住院次数、每次住院天数分别为(2.1±0.5)次/年、(3.1±0.6)d、(1.8±0.4)次/年、(3.5±0.6)d,均分别少于对照组的(5.2±0.8)次/年、(6.4±0.5)d、(4.5±0.7)次/年、(9.2±0.5)d(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后的CD3^+、CD4、CD4^+/CD8^+均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:对小儿反复上呼吸道感染患儿辅以甘露聚糖肽治疗,可取得更为满意的临床疗效,且有助于控制病情发作。Objective: To explore the effect of adjunctive therapy with mannatide on children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection. Methods: Two hundred and forty children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection, admitted to the Affiliated Children's Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Sep. 2015 to May 2017, were randomly divided into two groups. Children in the both groups were treated with conventional drugs, and those in observation group were supplemented with additional mannatide. All the patients were followed up for one year, and the clinical effects and attack of the disease were compared between the two groups. Results: After 1 year of follow-up, the total effective rate was higher in observation group (90.8%) than in control group (76.7%, P<0.05). The recurrence times of the disease, the duration of recurrence, times of hospitalization, and number of days per hospitalization were markedly less in observation group [(2.1±0.5) times/year,(3.1±0.6) days,(1.8±0.4) times/year, and (3.5±0.6) days] than in control group [(5.2±0.8) times/year,(6.4±0.5) days,(4.5±0.7) times/year, and (9.2±0.5) days, P<0.05)]. The levels of CD3+, CD4 and CD4+/CD8+ were higher in observation group than in control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusions: Mannatide may give satisfactory clinical efficacy when used as a supplemental drug in treatment of recurrent upper respiratory tract infection in children, and help to control the onset of the disease.
