摘　　要：目的探讨2%盐水鼻腔灌洗加负压置换治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法将本院在2017年12月-2018年12月期间诊治的82例慢性鼻窦炎患儿纳入研究对象,按照随机数字表方法将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各41例,对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,观察组采用2%盐水鼻腔灌洗加负压置换治疗,对比两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果观察组和对照组治疗的有效率分别为95.12%和78.05%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组并发症发生率分别为12.20%和9.76%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者采用2%盐水鼻腔灌洗加负压置换治疗,效果确切,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 2% saline nasal lavage plus negative pressure replacement in children with chronic sinusitis. Methods Eighty-two children with chronic sinusitis who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs. The observation group was treated with 2% saline nasal lavage plus negative pressure replacement, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rates of observation group and control group were 95.12% and 78.05%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group were 12.20% and 9.76%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion 2% saline nasal lavage plus negative pressure replacement therapy for children with chronic sinusitis is effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
