摘　　要：目的分析临床免疫检验进行质量控制的效果。方法此次研究将4 777份在我科进行临床免疫检验的样本资料纳入做为研究对象,将2016年的1-12月的2 331份标本做为研究组,将2018年的1-12月的2 446份标本做为常规组。常规组为前期未开展质量检验期间,研究组加强质量控制,受检结果的符合率。分析免疫检验质量控制问题。结果研究组检验结果符合率均高于常规组,两组相比差异显著(P<0.05);研究组免疫检验质量控制问题总发生率低于常规组,数据存在的差异明显(P<0.05)。结论重视临床免疫检验质量控制问题,制定相应的对策,能够减少检验结果出现偏差的概率,是对受检验者能够有效治疗、准确评估预后的保障。Objective To analyze the effect of clinical immune test on quality control. Methods In this study, 4 777 samples of clinical immunization tests in our department were included as the subjects of the study, and 2 331 samples from January to December 2016 were used as the study group. 2 446 specimens from January to December 2018 were taken as the routine group. In the routine group, the quality control was strengthened in the study group and the coincidence rate of the test results was not carried out in the previous period. The quality control problems of immune test were analyzed. Results The coincidence rate of the test results in the study group was higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05), and the total incidence of quality control problems in immune test in the study group was lower than that in the routine group, and the data were significantly different(P < 0.05). Conclusion Paying attention to the control of clinical immunotherapy and formulating the corresponding countermeasures can reduce the probability of deviation of the test results, and it is the guarantee for the tested patients to be able to treat effectively and accurately evaluate the prognosis.
