摘 要:[目的]分析延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学生不同代谢指标与脂联素(ADIPOQ)基因单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)的相关性.[方法]自2011年8月至2013年8月间随机抽取延边地区3所小学校的1 206名小学生(朝鲜族706名,汉族500名)作为研究对象,测量体质量指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)值;检测空腹12 h血清三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖(FBG)及胰岛素(FIns)水平;提取DNA并检测ADIPOQ基因SNP rs17846872位点的基因型.[结果]朝鲜族小学生ADIPOQ基因SNP rs17846872位点GG,GT,TT型频率分别为90.1%,9.3%,0.6%,汉族小学生分别为86.0%,14.0%,0.0%,朝鲜族和汉族小学生基因型分布频率间差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);朝鲜族小学生G和T等位基因频率分别为94.8%和5.2%,汉族小学生分别为86.0%和14.0%,朝鲜族和汉族小学生等位基因分布频率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).ADIPOQ基因SNP rs17846872位点不同基因型朝鲜族小学生WC,DBP和TG分布特征间存在差异(P<0.05),而汉族小学生TG和HOMA-IR分布特征间存在差异(P<0.05);ADIPOQ基因SNP rs17846872位点不同等位基因朝鲜族小学生WC分布特征间存在差异(P<0.05),而汉族小学生BMI,TG和HOMA-IR分布特征间存在差异(P<0.05).[结论]延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学生ADIPOQ基因rs17846872位点具有SNPs,基因型和等位基因频率分布特征间存在民族差异;不同代谢指标与ADIPOQ基因SNPs的相关性有所不同,亦存在民族差异.OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between the different metabolic indexes and SNPs of ADIPOQ gene in Korean and Han nationality pupils of Yanbian area. METHODS 1 206 pupils(706 Korean nationality and 500 Han nationality) from 3 primary schools in Yanbian district were randomly selected as research objects from August 2011 to August 2013. The body mass index(BMI), waist circumference(WC), systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) were measured. Blood triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), fasting blood glucose(FBG) and insulin(FIns) were detected after 12 hour fasting. DNA was extracted and genotypes of ADIPOQ gene SNP rs17846872 site were detected. RESULTS The frequencies of GG, GT and TT genotype at the SNP rs17846872 site of ADIPOQ gene were 90.1%, 9.3% and 0.6% in the Korean nationality pupils and 86.0%, 14.0% and 0.0% in the Han nationality pupils respectively, and the difference of genotype distribution frequency between Korean and Han pupils was statistically significant(P=0.011). The frequencies of G and T allele were 94.8% and 5.2% in Korean nationality pupils, and 86.0% and 14.0% in Han nationality pupils, there was statistically significant difference in the distribution of allele frequencies between the two nationality pupils(P<0.01). There were significant differences among the distribution characteristics of WC, DBP and TG in Korean nationality pupils with the different genotype of SNP rs17846872 site of ADIPOQ gene(P<0.05), and there were different distribution of TG and HOMA-IR in Han nationality pupils(P<0.05). There were significant differences in WC distribution characteristic in Korean nationality pupils with the different allele of ADIPOQ gene SNP rs17846872 site(P<0.05), and there were different distribution characteristics of BMI, TG and HOMA-IR in Han nationality pupils(P<0.05). CONCLUSION ADIPOQ gene rs17846872 site had SNPs in the Korean and Han nationality pupils of Yanbian area, and there were ethnic differences in genotype and allele freq
