兔源魏氏梭菌16s rDNA鉴定与耐药性分析

摘　　要：魏氏梭菌病常引起兔急性腹胀、腹泻病,发病率和死亡率均较高。2018年11月初,山西省某兔养殖场出现大量急性死亡,病死兔以腹胀、腹泻为主要临床症状。采集病死兔胃内容物,在无菌条件下进行疑似病原微生物分离培养;对分离得到的疑似菌株进行革兰氏染色镜检并通过PCR扩增其16s rDNA序列,判定为魏氏梭菌;对判定为魏氏梭菌的菌株通过K-B纸片法进行体外敏感药物筛选试验,结果显示,对磺胺甲氧嘧啶的耐药率高达86.67%,对四环素的耐药率为80.0%,对泰乐菌素的耐药率为66.67%,均呈现高度耐药;对氧氟沙星、红霉素、氨苄西林、阿莫西林的耐药率分别为26.67%、20.0%、13.33%、13.33%,为中度耐药;对阿奇霉素和磷霉素不耐药。Clostridium westerwelle disease often causes acute abdominal distension and diarrhea in rabbits.In earlyNovember 2018,a large number of acute deaths occurred in a rabbit farm in Shanxi Province,with abdominal disten-sion and diarrhea as the main clinical symptoms.The stomach contents of sick and dead rabbits were collected andisolated and cultured under aseptic conditions.The isolated suspected strain was examined by gram staining micros-copy and its 16 s r DNA sequence was amplified by PCR,and it was determined to be clostridium westerwelle.In vitrosensitive drug screening test was carried out on the strains judged as clostridium viridis by k-b paper method.Theresults showed that the drug resistance rate was as high as 86.67%to sulfadiazine,80.0%to tetracycline,and66.67%to tileomycin,all showing high drug resistance.The drug resistance rates of ofloxacin,erythromycin,ampicil-lin and amoxicillin were 26.67%,20.0%,13.33%and 13.33%respectively,indicating moderate drug resistance.Re-sistance to azithromycin and fosfomycin.
