摘　　要：探讨"存津液"思想在急性白血病治疗中的地位和作用。认为急性白血病多见热毒炽盛、阴虚血热等,属于"温病""急劳"等范畴。治疗应重视养阴救津。并附验案1则。This paper explores the position and function of the thought of "preserving liquid" in the treatment of acute leukemia. It is considered that acute leukemia is characterized by exuberant heat toxin, yin deficiency and blood heat, which belongs to febrile disease, acute phthisis and so on. In the treatment of the disease, attention should be paid to nourishing yin and saving liquid(Jin). One proven cases are presented.
