摘 要:随着柔性直流输电技术在近三十年的巨大进步,高压直流断路器研究成为国际研究热点。文中针对高压直流输电技术的发展趋势,论述了高压直流电网对高压直流断路器的强劲需求;介绍了目前应用较为普遍的混合式直流断路器发展历程、拓扑结构及开断原理;在此基础上,从元器件数量、设备可靠性方面对比分析了目前基于IGBT级联型双向开断的混合式直流断路器、基于H型全桥拓扑结构的混合式直流断路器、二极管带IGBT全桥拓扑结构的混合式直流断路器3种典型技术方案的优劣;总结了现今高压直流断路器研究的技术难题和未来发展方向。With great progresses of flexible HVDC transmission technology in the last three decades,lots of researches are focused on the investigation HVDC circuit breaker at home and abroad.The heavy demand for HVDC circuit breaker used in HVDC system is discussed in this paper based on the development trend of HVDC transmission technology.Furthermore,the development history,topology structure and operational principle of widely used hybrid DC circuit breaker are introduced.Based on these characteristics mentioned above,three technique schemes of hybrid DC circuit breaker including IGBT cascaded topology with double-direction switch,H full-bridge converter topology and IGBT full-bridge transfer branch topology with diode devices are compared adequately.At last,the technical difficulties and future development direction of the study nowadays on hybrid DC circuit breaker are summarized.
