摘  要:以超支化聚酯(HBP)、玉米淀粉为原料,通过哈普转矩流变仪熔融混炼制备了热塑性淀粉(TPS),研究了HBP用量对TPS氢键作用力、结晶性能、热性能、流变性能的影响。结果表明:HBP能与淀粉形成氢键,且氢键作用力随着HBP用量的增加先增强后减弱,当HBP用量为15%时,氢键作用力最强;HBP的添加未改变淀粉的结晶类型;随着HBP用量的增加,TPS的玻璃化转变温度、结晶度先降低后提高,晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,当HBP用量为15%时,TPS的玻璃化转变温度、结晶度最低,晶粒尺寸最小;TPS的平衡扭矩随着HBP用量的增加而降低。Thermoplastic starch(TPS)was prepared from hyperbranched polyester(HBP)and corn starch by melt mixing with Harper Torque Rheometer.The effects of HBP dosage on hydrogen bonding force,crystallinity,thermal properties and rheological properties of TPS were studied.The results show that HBP can form hydrogen bond with starch,and the hydrogen bond force increases first and then decreases with the increase of the amount of HBP.When the amount of HBP is 15%,the hydrogen bond force is the strongest.The addition of HBP doesn’t change the crystalline type of starch;with the increase of the amount of HBP,the glass transition temperature and crystallinity of TPS first decreases and then increases,and the grain size first decreases and then increases.When the amount of HBP is 15%,the glass transition temperature and crystallinity of TPS are the lowest and the grain size is the smallest;the equilibrium torque of TPS is the lowest with the increase of the amount of HBP dosage.
