摘　　要：皮内针疗法源自《黄帝内经》,又称"埋针法",是皮部理论和腧穴理论相结合的具体运用。皮内针刺激穴位,可刺激神经末梢产生兴奋,通过神经节段的传导作用而到达中枢神经系统,从而激活神经调控;其针尖留置于皮下组织可引发超敏反应,引起免疫应答,从而激活免疫调控。皮内针具有起效迅速、安全、无痛、无毒副作用、操作简单等特点,可用于各类痛证和慢性疾病的临床治疗,涉及颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突出症等肌肉骨骼和结缔组织疾病,胆石症、胆囊炎、胃溃疡等消化系统疾病,过敏性鼻炎、慢性咽炎、咳嗽等呼吸系统疾病,痛经、泌尿结石、慢性前列腺炎等泌尿生殖系统疾病,高血压、心律失常、早搏等循环系统疾病,高脂血症、糖尿病、肥胖等代谢紊乱疾病,弱视、近视、突发性耳聋等感觉器官疾病以及偏头痛、三叉神经痛、面神经麻痹等神经系统疾病。Originating from Huangdi’s Canon of Medicine,intradermal needling therapy is also called as needleimbedding therapy,and it is the specific application of skin-region theory and acupoint theory. Stimulation of the intradermal needle in the acupoints can induce the excitation of nerve endings, and the stimulation reach the central nervous system through the conduction of ganglion segment,which can activate the neuroregulation. The point of intradermal needle retained in subcutaneous tissue can cause hypersensitive reaction and induce immune respond,which can activate immunoregulation. The intradermal needling therapy has the advantages of starting an effect rapidly,being safe and painless,without toxic or adverse effects,and being simple to use. The therapy can be used for the treatment of various pain syndromes and chronic diseases,which cover the musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases such as cervical spondylopathy, frozen shoulder, and lumbar disc herniation,digestive system diseases such as cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, and gastric ulcer, respiratory system diseases such as allergic rhinitis, chronic pharyngitis, and cough, urogenital diseases such as dysmenorrhea,urolithiasis, and chronic prostatitis, circulation system diseases such as hypertension, arrhythmia, and premature beat,metabolic disorders such as hyperlipidemia,diabetes,and obesity,sensory organ diseases such as amblyopia, myopia, and sudden deafness, and nervous system diseases such as migraine, trigeminal neuralgia,and facial paralysis.
