针刺古籍穴位治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察在内科基础治疗及康复训练基础上,不同穴位组合治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。【方法】将90例缺血性中风患者随机分为古籍穴位组、现代文献穴位组和对照组,每组各30例。每组每日维持基础治疗,除周末外每日康复训练1次,每日针灸1次,共2周。观察治疗前后美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及Barthel指数表(BI)评分。【结果】(1)治疗后,古籍穴位组和现代文献穴位组患者的NIHSS评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且古籍穴位组的改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,古籍穴位组和现代文献穴位组患者的BI评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且古籍穴位组的改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】针刺古籍穴位结合康复训练对缺血性中风患者的神经功能恢复及生活活动能力的恢复疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the appliance of combination of different acupoints in treating ischemic stroke based on the basic treatment of internal medicine and rehabilitation training.Methods A total of 90 cases of ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into ancient books acupoint group,modern literature acupoint group,and control group,30 cases in each group.The 3 groups received basic treatment every day,and rehabilitation training and acupuncture once a day except the weekend day,the treatment lasting 2 weeks.The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Barthel Index(BI)were observed before and after treatment.Results(1)After treatment,the NIHSS score in the ancient books acupoint group and modern literature acupoint group was improved,and the improvement of the ancient books acupoint group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the BI score in the ancient books acupoint group and modern literature acupoint group was improved,and the improvement of the ancient books acupoint group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at acupoints recorded in the ancient books combined with rehabilitation training has significant effect on recovering nerve function and life activity of ischemic stroke patients.
